This hotel is completely follows all the strict rules of Radisson policy, everything was as expected: - well designed rooms - great windows view - comfortable spa zone with a pool, sauna, steaming hamam, regular hamam - quiet pleasant music in spa - delicious breakfast - best ever staff

Location and breakfast, also they upgrade my room free of charge I stay there 2 night the city very quite and beautiful. the only thing I don’t like in the Teleferik for turkish citizen only 25 TL two way for other nationalities 100 TL two way, the staff hotel all the time smile.

the location: on top of a mountain that overviews the whole city in a breath taking view. cable cars station is just 1 minute walk as well as a lovely natural public park with some good fun for the kids and a great walk with restaurants and cafes on the boztepe area.

- The staff were friendly, also they can speak English. - The hotel is clean & quite, the food is nice (lots of varieties). - The room had an outstanding view of Ordu. - They made for us a simple arrangement for our honeymoon, it was a nice gesture.
